Shipping Policy
At Poet Teen, we strive to provide a seamless shipping experience for all our customers.

Order Processing
All orders (excluding pre-order items) are processed within 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking details to become available.

Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping on orders over $200. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee will apply.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Estimated Delivery Times
Domestic orders (via USPS Ground): 2-5 business days.
International orders (via FedEx): up to 2 weeks.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Deliveries to P.O. Boxes are subject to carrier limitations. Any shipments to P.O. Boxes are at the customer’s own risk, and we cannot take responsibility for delays or issues related to such deliveries.

Shipping Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us at info@poetteen.com with your order number and a photo of the item(s). We will address these issues on a case-by-case basis and work toward a satisfactory resolution.
Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if something doesn’t work out, our team is here to help!

Return Window
Items must be returned within 8 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange. The delivery day counts as day one. Returns sent after this period will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Be in original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached.
- Include original packaging and the packing slip for order identification.
Items missing original tags or packaging are not eligible for credit or exchange.

Restocking Fee
An $8 restocking fee will be applied per item returned.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing and refunds.
