Pre Sale Questions

We understand that plans can change! However, once an order is placed, we’re unable to modify or cancel it at this time. If the item doesn’t work out, you can exchange it for another style or return it for a refund. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees, and a $3 restocking fee will apply per item returned.

Shipping & Return Questions

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email to let you know that our team has started processing it. After your order is fulfilled, we’ll send you a notification with tracking information so you can monitor its journey.
For domestic shipping, your items will typically arrive within 2-5 business days. For international orders, delivery may take up to 2 weeks. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
