Return Policy:

  1. Customer-Paid Return Fee:
    Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee if they wish to return an item.

  2. Restocking Fee:
    A $8 restocking fee will be applied per item returned.

  3. Return Window:
    Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Day one starts on the day your package is delivered.

  4. Return Eligibility:

    • Items must be in original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
    • A packing slip or proof of purchase must be included with the return.
    • Items missing original packaging or tags are not eligible for credit or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Final-sale items or discounted items

Important Notes:

  • Returns sent after the 5-day window will not be accepted.
  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments. Refunds or store credits cannot be processed for such items.
  • Excessive returns may result in additional restocking fees or the cancellation of future orders.
  • Orders canceled after shipment may incur a $9.99 or 5% cancellation fee, whichever is greater.
