Order Processing
All orders (excluding pre-order items) are processed within 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Ground. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number to monitor your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.
If you have not received your order within 6 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at suri@poetteen.com with your name and order number, and we’ll assist you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers may have limitations when delivering to P.O. Boxes. Any deliveries sent to P.O. Boxes are at your own risk, and we do not take responsibility for delays or issues related to these shipments.
Damaged or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please email us at suri@poetteen.com with your order number and a photo of the item(s) within 48 hours of receiving the package. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis but will always strive for a satisfactory resolution.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Poet Teen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting your local carrier for assistance in such cases.
